Brand & Communication

In short

WOM Challenge brings women together through movement, confidence and shared experiences. Its events create memorable moments, while the values behind them (belonging, consistency and personal growth) continue well beyond race day.

Strategy

Connect with the WOM community between events, introduce the experience to new audiences and build momentum toward the next challenge.

Action

Participant stories, founder-led Reels, motivational messages, educational content and interactive Stories, each with a distinct role.

The story

More than a challenge.

Our collaboration focuses on translating that spirit into ongoing social media communication: connecting with the WOM community between events, introducing the experience to new audiences and building momentum toward the next challenge.

Turning brand values into meaningful content

We developed a content approach around community and belonging, personal growth, WOM identity and event awareness. Participant stories, founder-led Reels, motivational messages, educational content and interactive Stories each play a distinct role: strengthening connection, encouraging discovery or helping audiences take the next step.

Learning what connects, and building on it

Monthly reporting helped us understand which formats worked for different objectives. Reels showed strong potential for discovery beyond WOM's existing followers, while community-led storytelling reinforced the brand's identity and connection with its audience. Those insights shaped subsequent creative and content decisions. Between the July and August 2026 reporting periods, content views rose from 4,668 to 11,433 (+145%), interactions from 82 to 247 (+201%), and profile visits from 130 to 193 (+48.5%). The share of views from non-followers increased from 39.4% to 58.9% (+19.5 percentage points). These are directional period-on-period comparisons, not controlled like-for-like results; the reporting windows and content activity differ. They do not establish registration or ticket-sales outcomes.+145% views · +201% interactions · +48.5% profile visits · 58.9% non-follower view share

The next chapter

With the next WOM Challenge planned for 14 November 2026, the communication continues to connect community stories with event awareness, preparation and participation. The aim is to make race day feel like the next chapter of a community women already want to be part of.

A sporting event brings people together for a day. A thoughtful social media strategy keeps that connection alive between events.
